Yes. The software used to access your computer uses a secure method of transferring information between the Far Edge technician and your computer. It is not possible for anyone else to see or access your computer.

Can you access my computer after completing service?

No. We can't connect to your computer without your approval. Once a remote session is complete we will need your approval to connect again in the future. Rest assured your computer safety and security is maintained.
